Based on the Act of 7 November 2014 on Facilitating the Economic Activities (DzU 2014.1662), and effectively from April 1, initial medical examination will\u00a0not be required for a person employed by\u00a0another employer within 30 days after termination or expiration of previous employment, provided that two conditions are met: (1) the\u00a0employee\u00a0presents valid\u00a0medical certificate confirming that he or she is fit to\u00a0work\u00a0on certain position; and (2) new employer confirms\u00a0that the work conditions described in the medical examination certificate correspond to the conditions encountered at the new workplace.<\/p>\n
This rule\u00a0applies also\u00a0to the case of hiring a person who is simultaneously employed by another employer.<\/p>\n
However, the initial medical examination\u00a0will remain\u00a0required for\u00a0each\u00a0case of\u00a0hiring people\u00a0to work under particularly dangerous conditions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
